The main terms & conditions are set out below. In addition to these other specific terms and conditions may also apply. We will post any such terms & conditions on our website.
Winners will be formally notified (by email or post) within 21 days of the judges’ decision.
Where we notify a winner by email, we will ask for confirmation of receipt by reply email.
Lists of all winners will be posted on this site within 21 days of the judges’ decision.
All Category Winners and Overall Winner will receive a trophy, which will be presented by the Sponsors The New Football Pools.
All winners will have a photograph taken of them with the trophy. This image will appear on The New Football Pools website/s and Football Fans Census websites.
Award winners may be required to take part in, or co-operate with, publicity.
Award winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about The Football Fans Census and the New Football Pools and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the Awards.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Award/s may not be transferred to any other person.
No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.
The Football Fans Census and/or the Award Sponsors will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in the Awards.
Nominees who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by The Football Fans Census will be excluded from the competition.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
These rules are governed by English law.
